sughetto con i pomodorini gi\u00e0 spellati e tagliati.<\/li><li>Allungare il sughetto con un mestolo di brodo di cottura, aggiungere i filetti di scorfano, condire di sale e far cuocere per 5 minuti.<\/li><li>Impiattare il riso, unire il brodetto, i filetti ed un filo di olio extravergine
