“Rice from the Sibari Plain – Back to the Future”

Among the conferences and culinary events attended by Masseria Fornara is also the “Rice of the Sibari Plain – Back to the Future” Conference, organized by the farm itself.

The aim of the event is to restore the Sibari Plain to its central role in agricultural vocation, diverse productions, and the quality of flavors and organoleptic properties that are highly regarded by dietitians and nutritionists.

Hosted at the National Archaeological Museum of Sibari, the conference focused on European, national, and regional agricultural policies.
