Our Aromatic rice grown in the Sibari Plain is cultivated in a unique area in Italy: just 1.9 km from the sea, with the Pollino Massif behind it.

Here, sea breezes, brackish soil and the Calabrian sun—with about 30% more daylight hours compared to Northern Italy’s rice fields—create an extraordinary microclimate that enhances the natural development of its distinctive aroma.

Unlike many standardized aromatic rices, ours: develops a natural aroma without artificial treatments, maintains an intact structure thanks to static horizontal drying, and has a less “white” grain, a sign of a gentler and less aggressive processing method.

The result is an elegant rice, with long and slender grains that remain well-separated when cooked, light and easy to digest.
It comes from a production that has received awards over time at both national and international level.
